A large and well stocked clothing shop for men women and children. Cloths are simple, elegant and practical. You can expect their cloths to wash, wear well. They are cut well and general wear well. Their thermal and down clothes are particularly good as are their sports and active wear. There are always some products on reduction and these change frequently. Self-checkout and staffed checkout are available.
It's absolutely brilliant. Organised and well stocked. It has a wide range of apparel to suit everyone. In my opinion they have leadong edge sport shirts and comfortable shorts. The self-service checkouts are curious to use. However, it functions quite well.
Check all the clothes you buy for stains!! My partner bought about $400 worth of items from the store and when we came home one of the white shirts had a red stain around the collar and sleeve, so we decided to take it back the next day, with receipts and all the tags on still. Shirt never worn. They refused to give my partner a refund or swap of same item and said he should have looked closer at the shirt!! How is that fair?
Being a big store, I didn't expect the level of service I received - from a willingness to hold items to calling other members to see if specific requests were possible ... great job! Really unexpected high service, and as always plenty of clothes and accessories to ponder over
I have some serious concerns about this store, just shop online - surprised it's not shutdown.
Store is functional, but is disorganised [messy] and has an issue with inconsistent and misleading labelling and lingering [staff standing around chatting].
On several occassions I've had to just use the UNIQLO app to find products as staff appear like 'deer in headlights' when approached with questions - while they're hiding chatting in fitting rooms. Also an issue is stands having incorrect pricing and [in my case] having 3 staff refuse to fix the price before calling the manager [after 15 minutes of arguing and me having to show them the ACCC website regulation on 'misleading signage'].
Sizing available is usually XS-M and rarely has good stock of M-XL, making it hard to try before buying ... and that's if you can get the staff's attention to help.
UBIQUITOUS UNIQLO OFFERING GOOD VALUE CASUAL CLOTHING
Uniqlo stores across the world offer pretty much the same clothing lines. Good to see new technology going in to manufacture and recycling of items.
This store is over 3 levels with lifts and escalators between floors.
People with mobility issues will be fine here as there are no steps to negotiate.
Self serve checkouts plus a staff assisted checkout if needed.
A trip to UNIQLO in Brisbane turned out to be a surprisingly heart-warming experience. Especially for my little missy. I stumbled upon a dress for my daughter that seemed to be tailor-made for her. The moment she tried it on, her eyes sparkled with joy. The design, fabric, and fit were impeccable, making it her new favourite outfit. Every time she wears it, it's a testament to UNIQLO's dedication to quality and style. The staff were helpful, ensuring our shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable. I went to Uniqlo in Queen st mall today to pick up a pair of pants which required alteration, and were due to be complete by 1pm. When I went there, staff told me that the machine was broken and that I'd have to come back in 2 days with their apology. I asked the staff if they could post them for free for the inconvenience. I only went to the city to pick up the pants and I live far from the city, I was not notified of the delay so this has caused a loss of my time and money in parking fees. I was informed that they cannot offer delivery as they do not post the items. So I received a refund which was all they could offer. I feel like they were not sincerely sorry and I was the one who was causing them trouble. Due to this lack of notification and inconvenience to myself, I no longer feel confident in shopping at this store.
